Refund policy

We ask that you contact us as soon as you are aware of any fault or damage with your item upon delivery, to notify us of the issue. We’ll then expect the return of any damaged or faulty items within 7 days in order for us to inspect the product and process a refund. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that you return items by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not to send the item by a recorded delivery service, we cannot guarantee their arrival. Please include the following details with the product; your name and contact information, order number, the fault and location of said fault.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase or change your mind about the products you have purchased, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your items, either by email, or telephone to find out what we can do for you.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any pierced jewellery.

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process after receipt of returned item/s.

We try our hardest to keep our stock systems up to date, but due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all our products. If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund for that product.
