We aim to get your order, sweetly packaged in our recycled materials within 24 hours of receiving your order. Within that time they will be sent tracked via Royal Mail Courier. Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK, but please do contact us directly via email if you are overseas and we will calculate an international shipping cost for you.                                                                         

Very occasionally there may be an issue with your delivery due to the courier service. Please be reassured this happens rarely and if there is an issue we will resolve as quickly as possible. Missing parcels will be fully investigated and if the courier or ourselves is found to be at fault a full refund will be issued.                                                                                                                                            

POST AND PACKAGING                                                                                                                                                                             
Our packages will be sent using recycled materials when possible. We offer a gift wrap service, please select this option when shopping. We are happy to write a message on your behalf, simply add this to your order. We currently offer a click and collect service from the store, a flat rate fee of £3.50 for 48 hour delivery and £7.00 for 24 hour delivery. All orders over £60 are free delivery. 
If there is any issue with your delivery, we ask you  CONTACT Hyde and Seek as soon as you can.                                                                                                
On the rare occasion there may be damage or a fault with your item/s please do not worry, we will rectify as soon as we can by sending a replacement or refund.
Occasionally we may wish to collect the item from you, which we will organise.
If for some reason you simply no longer require your item/s we ask you return to us via recorded delivery or tracked services and we can then organise a refund for the item/s. Please include the following details with any returns; your name and contact information, order number, the fault and location of said fault. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process after receipt of returned item/s.
                                                                                                                         
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any pierced jewellery and face masks.                                                                                       
We try our hardest to keep our stock systems up to date, but due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all our products at all times. If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund. 

RETURNS

Returns are available if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

We recommend you send any returns back with recorded delivery in order to ensure receipt of your package. We will not be held liable if your package does not arrive.

Unfortunately, it's your responsibility to pay for the postage of any returned items.
