Delivery and Returns


We aim to get your order, sweetly packaged in our recycled materials within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Within that time they will be sent tracked via Royal Mail Courier. Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK, but please do contact us directly via email if you are overseas and we will calculate an international shipping cost for you.

Very occasionally there may be an issue with your delivery due to the courier service. Please be reassured this happens maybe once a year but if there is an issue with your delivery we’ll always aim to get in contact with you as soon as we know what's going on, and will resolve as quickly as possible. 


All our packages will be sent in recycled materials where possible, so we can both feel good about that. We have a flat rate fee on all of our deliveries of just £3.50, this means you are only charged once per order, despite how many products you buy. 


If there is any issue with your delivery, we ask you  CONTACT Hyde and Seek as soon as you can.

On the rare occasion there may be damage or a fault with your item/s please do not worry, we will rectify by either sending you a replacement or we can offer you a full refund, including your original postage cost. Occasionally we may wish to collect the item from you, which we will organise.

If for some reason you simply no longer require your item/s we ask you return to us via recorded delivery or tracked services and we can then organise a refund for the item/s.

Please include the following details with any returns; your name and contact information, order number, the fault and location of said fault.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any pierced jewellery and face masks.

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process after receipt of returned item/s.

We try our hardest to keep our stock systems up to date, but due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all our products. If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund for that product.
