Delivery and Returns


We aim to get your order, sweetly packaged in our recycled materials within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Within that time they will be sent via Royal Mail delivery or courier. Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK, but please do contact us directly via email if you are overseas and we will calculate an international shipping cost for you.

Obviously, there are a number of unforeseen circumstances that could happen, which makes exact delivery times out of our control. If there are any issues with your delivery on our end, we’ll always aim to get in contact with you as soon as we know what's going on, so keep your details up to date on your account.


All our packages will be sent in recycled materials where possible, so we can both feel good about that. We have a flat rate fee on all of our deliveries of just £3.50, this means you are only charged once per order, despite how many products you buy. 


We ask that you CONTACT Hyde and Seek as soon as you are aware of any fault or damage with your item upon delivery, to notify us of the issue. We’ll then expect the return of any damaged or faulty items within 7 days in order for us to inspect the product and process a refund. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that you return items by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not to send the item by a recorded delivery service, we cannot guarantee their arrival. Please include the following details with the product; your name and contact information, order number, the fault and location of said fault.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase or change your mind about the products you have purchased, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your items, either by email, or telephone to find out what we can do for you.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any pierced jewellery and face masks.

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process after receipt of returned item/s.

We try our hardest to keep our stock systems up to date, but due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all our products. If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund for that product.
